Food Happiness Guarantee: If after your first purchase your dog doesn’t love our food, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll issue you a refund for the cost of the product. Please note that your refund only applies to one bag, not the entire first order.

Free Trial: The Happiness Guarantee does not apply to the Free Trial or any orders made after. Your Free Trial bag counts as your first bag. When signing up for the Free Trial, you agree to a subscription that starts after 14 days. Therefore, there will be no refunds for subscription orders processed after the Free Trial.

Supplements Happiness Guarantee: If after your first purchase your dog doesn’t love our supplements, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll issue you a refund for the cost of the product. Please note that your refund only applies to the first jar of a specific type (for example, first jar of Hip & Joint), not the entire first order.

Treats Happiness Guarantee: If after your first purchase your dog doesn’t love our treats, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll issue you a refund for the cost of the product. Please note that your refund only applies to the first bag of a flavor (for example, first bag of Strawberry & Beet), not the entire first order.
